Easy8 AI handover checklist

For Easy8 technicians who install Easy8 AI on-premises for a customer. Before you hand the installation over, confirm:

• EASY_JWT_SECRET is set and identical in Easy8 and Chain
• the scenario guide matches the product and hosting mode
• Nginx publishes /ai/chain
• https://your.easy.host/ai/chain/sys/monitoring.json works
• https://your.easy.host/ai/chain/api/info shows the expected providers
• all services the scenario needs are running
• chain can reach the selected LLM provider
• for PRO and Helpdesk, chain can reach Chroma and the embeddings endpoint
